We stock a comprehensive range of signs and accessories to provide you with speedy delivery for those urgent situations. We also manufacture many different types of reflective products which are made from the diverse range of reflective products available from the 3M Company. SCREEN PRINTING Screen Printing is a major facet of this industry and it is a must to have this in-house. This enables close quality control checking to ensure correct inks and materials are used for each customer. By using 3M materials we can offer decals or fleet markings either removable, repositionable, controltac or permanent adhesives. We have recently introduced UV inks in lieu of some solvent based inks, which are more user friendly and produce a far longer lifespan. ROAD SIGNS This area of our business is one of our most demanding areas of quality control in which we must meet stringent RTA and Australian Standards codes to ensure all road signs are manufactured correctly. Our road signs are supplied to customers all over Australia. DIGITAL PRINTING & DESIGN SERVICE Full colour digital printing allows us to offer bold imagery on a range of media and applications beyond traditional signs, including vehicle wraps, banners, window graphics and lightboxes. The designers at Hi-Vis are also able to enhance our customers' ideas or produce concepts from scratch that put a creative and professional finish on the graphic side of your business. SIGNWRITING We have been signwriting in the Newcastle area for over 50 years and have many qualified tradesmen. The art of signwriting is used for customers who want their signs to stand out from the crowd. We signwrite anything from trucks to boats, billboards to shopfronts. If you require non-standard signs our qualified sales team will be pleased to help you. INSTALLATION SERVICE We also have a full installation service which operates anywhere in Australia. Our fleet of over 30 vehicles are all fully equipped and all employees are qualified traffic controllers. Our major asset is our boring and crane rig, which can drill foundation holes up to 6700mm deep and 1200mm in diameter, and is coupled with a 8 tonne crane. We have completed contracts such as the Pacific Highway Upgrade at many locations up and down the coast, M2 Tollway in Sydney NSW, the F-18 Fighter Base in Tindal NT, and Bayswater Power Station in NSW.
